These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Affirmations Recorder App (the “Application”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Awaken My Life.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Use of the Services
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the Application
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
2. Audio Content
The Application allows you to create and store audio recordings (“User Content”).
- You retain full ownership of your recordings
- You are solely responsible for any content you create
- Recordings are stored locally on your device
We do not access or store your recordings.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features of the Application may require a paid subscription.
- All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account
- You are responsible for managing your subscription through Apple
We do not directly process payments or store billing information.
4. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its design, features, and content (excluding your recordings), is owned by Awaken My Life and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Application without permission.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
The Application is intended for personal development and informational purposes only.
It is not intended as medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees that:
- The Application will be error-free or uninterrupted
- The Services will meet your expectations
- Any issues will be corrected
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awaken My Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
